I think Gus is in the process of earning near, if not more than, $ 1 million in bonus $$$. My guess is that his contract will be renewed for 6 years with at least a 1.75 million $$ salary increase. His assistants will get pay raises as well as they have earned these big time this season. Gus will do whatever it takes to make sure his assistants are paid well, and stay on board for a good while. He has the best staff in the state of Alabama as well as the rest of the SEC.
