GaTigerFan 0 Posted December 14, 2013 Share Posted December 14, 2013 I watched the 5A State Championship last night. Creekside defeated powerhouse Tucker 52-28. Creekside RB Dexter Knox (5'9" 200+) was awesome. Rushed for 166 yds and 5 TD's, very strong and quick. Reminds me of Tre. Nobody does that to Tucker. But he did. Not sure why his name isn't all over the recruiting boards. His team mates are the Berry twins (committed to Tenn). There has to be a good reason he is not getting mentioned by "major" programs since he plays 5A ball and on same team with Berry Twins. Should have been plenty of coaches looking at their games. Tivo48 31 Posted December 14, 2013 Share Posted December 14, 2013 I was at that game last night (roommate played at Tucker so we made the trip over after finals) and the kid looked good. Maybe lacked some size and an elite burst, but extremely shifty and made good reads all night. Both teams were 14-0 coming into the game, making his numbers all the more impressive. Why do you continually ask, "why haven't we offered this guy and why hasn't this player committed"? Every player that has a good game or season can't be offered. I'm pretty sure this has been addressed and we told Roc and Pettway we were done at RB for this years class.
