We have been recruiting him hard, he has visited multiple times, he has already named us a top school, his family is AU fans, and all 9 CB predictions are for AU. I'd say there is enough there to make you feel he is a very strong lean.

A couple of FWIWs. Slayton has been just as good at WR on the Camp circuit this year as he has at CB, especially at the UGA camp the last couple of days. Also Keith Niebuhr says Slayton has NFL speed now.

Kid has been a priority for AU for a while. Wish he would go ahead and pull the trigger. Hell of a corner class with him and Bridges.

He has had the NFL speed. Check his times in last years GA state track meet. Won 200m and maybe 100m? as well. Ran some crazy 100 time recently though and I believe that is what Keith mentioned. The other CB at GACS is a 4* as well, Micah Abernathy. UGA offered him before Slayton for some reason, but are now trying to get both. I still hear that we lead for Slayton from folks at GAC, but that UGA is really selling them on playing together, and for the "in-state" home school.
