He's an EE and we have limited opportunities to impress him again. He likes both schools, so it's important that we make the last impression. The Iron Bowl and the awards banquet for the players would have been a great opportunity to take back that momentum. DT is our most critical position of need right now, especially if Montravious Adams goes pro. Garner struck out last year at DT. We can't afford to do that again this year. Plus Swain, Lawrence, Johnson, Russell and Andrews and probably Adams return. While a top prospect DT or two certainly wouldn't hurt, the position isn't all that thin. AuburnNTexas 7,134 Posted November 29, 2015 Share Posted November 29, 2015 I am goiug to state the obvious I want him, Rashan Gary, and Derrick Brown but we have been doing a great job of getting quality DL signing including Coe just the other day many are currently rated as DE's but a couple have the size to be DT's with a little work in the weight room. We need some DT's but at thhis time our biggest need is at LB we have a fairly large number of Quality DT's returing next year which is not the same as at LB where Frost and Casanova are both graduating. WAR EAGLE still I guess!! I'm not one of the regular posters but I am a regular visitor. I'm fine with what you're doing as long as you don't become another A4E. There's only room for one guy like that on this board and most would say he/she already occupies too much space as it is. Are you even serious? What we have too much of is people who spout off about a certain member as if you 1) have any say-so as to who can post/how often 2) know anything about them and/or what they may be forced to overcome on a daily basis. Not once has he ever been critical of another poster that I have seen. (Just Ellis Johnson ;D/> )I would much rather read a post from them, than from a grown man crying due to having to scroll past a few posts. Happy Thanksgiving! Thanks for this. If anyone here has actually paid attention to some of his posts that let in a glimpse of his real life, they'd stop giving him a hard time. Probably has as good if relationship with them as Champ for 1 year. Gus needs to sell him on AU and I still confidence that Gus will make the right hire to replace Champ. CWM went another way. Things could change with the new DC. It's a AU-OSU battle with Jackson. I don't think OSU has hired a DC yet. To close to call on this one.
