HB- Fulse, Cox to start the season. Cox wins the job by midseason.

LT- Coleman, Smith

LG- Kozan, Smith

C- Dampeer, Kozan

RG- Young, Golson

RT- Miller, Golson

WR- Williams, Davis

WR- Louis, Denson

WR- Stevens, Truitt

Truitt and Louis will get the speed sweep carries. There will be no "speed back".

DE- Lawson, Beckner

DT- Daniel, Bradley

DT- Adams, Russell

DE- Lambert, Williams

*Lewis, Jefferson and Swain/Jones will all play if they make it to Auburn. I expect Devaroe Lawrence to be a factor next year, too.

MLB- Frost, Williams

WLB- McKinzey, Davis

SLB- Swain, Flowers

CB- Jones, Melton

CB- Holsey, Davis

SS- Ford, Moncrief

FS- Matthews, Roberts

*Ruffin will play. Just not sure where.

Kozan may not play next year either. The word going around is also that Dampeer hasn't panned out as expected. Lots of talk of Golson playing Center next year because he is way too good to sit on the bench.

Thanks for the info. Hadn't checked the Kozan thread, didn't realize he might still be on the mend. Bummer about Dampeer, too. Glad we have some depth. Maybe Sharp can get a lot of 2nd-team practice reps and still redshirt if Dampeer doesn't get up to speed.

Also didn't realize Fulse was a senior (referring back to my previous post). I actually don't feel that bad about that.

There is absolutely no way that Braden smith is not a starter on the line next season. No way he rides the bench (for the majority) of 2 years

Since there are a lot of moving parts, one of the most interesting things to watch will be how the OL shakes out. It's more important to get the best 5 out there in the best combination than anything. It's tough to rank them in order and obviously Kozan depends on his recovery. Here is my ranking list for now, along with their possible positions.

OL player ranking

1. Kozan- C, G

2. Young- T, G

3. Miller- T

4. Coleman- T, G

5. Golson- C, T, G

6. Smith- T, G

Smith has a very realistic chance of moving up the list.

You dudes trip me out. Ranking dudes you haven't even seen play. Dudes that sat the bench over a guy that have up a sack to a future top ten pick.....Smh, actually I take that back I'm not surprised

RT - Pat Miller, Martez Ivey

Defense:

DE - DaVonte Lambert, Raashed Kennion

Sam - Kris Frost, Cameron Toney

Mike - Cassanova McKinzy, Anthony Swain

Will - Justin Garrett, Tre Williams

Nickel Back - Nick Ruffin, Montravius Atkinson

CB - Josh Holsey, Kalvaraz Bessent

CB - Jonathan Jones, T.J. Davis

FS - Rudy Ford, Derrick Moncrief

That Swain pickup today was good. Just a 3 star but have heard from folks at MCCCC that he has huge potential.
