Col (Ret) Tony Shaffer on TV tonight, quoting inside sources, Bergdahl will be charged with desertion He says the report is being delayed because the WH is trying furiously to stop it. Everyone knew he was guilty when every single fellow soldier in his unit unequivocally stated that he deserted and should not be treated like some kind of hero. Not to mention the very unfortunate reality that soldiers lost their lives looking for him. This administration is such inept negotiators it is absolutely incredible...they trade 5 high level Taliban terrorists for a deserter, then by controlling the message try to cover that horrendous mistake up as they do on every other horrible mistake they make. If so, why so long to release findings? WH pressure maybe? Nah they wouldn't do that. Who said anything about not supporting our troops? I pray or them every day asking God to keep them safe, seeing that their loved one's needs are met while they are away, and that they get all the benefits they have earned when they get home. Now, whether he could not fulfill that duty because of cowardice or conscience, does he not deserve some consideration and respect? I'm with you. These old guys here just want ammo to attack the President. They couldn't care less about Bergdahl getting a trial or a fair investigation.
