PBS does a great job with portraying the sacrifices of the modern military family - our new "Warrior Class".

This was a real eye-opener in terms of allowing you to actually see the the impact of a professional soldier on family life. It's one thing to read statistics but it's a completely different thing to have people tell you their stories.

This reminded me of the documentary "Carrier" which they aired years ago.

I taped the rerun that was on this morning and plan to watch it tonight. It looks terrific.
