A local friend noted that AU was doing well in what he called the country club sports ....golf, tennis, equestrian, swimming, volleyball, soccer, gymnastics.....which called my attention to the fact the the ladies side our athletic program is currently outperforming the men.

That was mostly in jest...but good to see that the Athletic Department is making an effort to have competitive programs across the board at AU and has worked to get good coaches and to upgrade facilities for them.
