Guys and Gals:

It is with great pleasure I announce Jeremy, Editor of the The War Eagle Reader (TWER) will be joining our community. As a critically acclaimed author, experienced newspaper feature writer, new-age media pioneer and fellow AU alum, Jeremy brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience and local insight to AUFAMILY.

So what does this mean?

As we have alluded to over the last week, we will soon be launching a new Blog feature where Jeremy's work will be published. What you will find here is exclusive content that goes beyond sports to focus on all things AU of news and note. True to Jeremy's form, TWER on AUFAMILY will read like an artistically woven city paper, game-day program, yearbook, academic journal and beat novel all wrapped into one vibrant Orange and Blue mosaic.

This will not be just another blog. No, here you will find the stories that pull at all of us. A place on the web dedicated to the proposition that all college towns are not created equal. A venue that chronicles and celebrates Auburn’s past and present superiority the way it should be – 'with freaking passion'.

Our community has always been for AU people, about AU people, and by AU people. And today, we are extremely excited that Jeremy is now a part of it.

When I want to know what is going on at AU I log onto AUF.
If someone asks what makes AU special, I send them to WER.
