I didn't believe in ghosts until my girlfriend and two of her friends moved into a house on Auburn Dr. in Auburn. One of her friends moved out within 2 weeks b/c she got awoken and shaken in the middle of the night. The three of us left had the exact same dreams every night, and could even finish each others sentences about them. The dreams were about a man, a woman and two kids. There were a LOT of frightning things that went on in that house. Eventually, the other girl moved out, so it was just my girlfriend and I in the house.
One sunny and warm spring afternoon (probably around 1999) I was taking a nap on our bed with the door open to the outside porch. I kept dreaming that the kids were taking the sheets off the bed. In my dream I would wake up and go outside and find them on the side of the house all waded up. I dreamed that I was dreaming this 3 or 4 times in a row. Finally, I woke up and the sheets and covers really were gone! I walked outside to the side of the house and lo and behold there they were! I grabbed them and got super sleepy, like uncontrollably sleepy. I laid back down and was in between asleep and awake. I could barely see and hear, but could not move. A shadowy grayish figure held me down and started whispering very violent sounding things to me. At the end I dreamed about the old man (same one we had been dreaming about).... He pulled out a gun, shot his wife and two kids and then himself. I jumped out of bed, ran down the driveway in a pair of shorts. I went to a friends apartment down the road and called my GF. I swore to her that I would NEVER step foot in that house again! I didn't except when she and I moved out the very next day!
That is a true story (and only about 1/100th of the things that happened there)... Believe it or not!
Oh, and by the way.... 3 other people moved into that house after us. We got up the nerve to go ask them had anything happened to them about 6 weeks later and they had already moved out!

i got a scarier one than that this last october i was pissed about how lsu basically destroyed us, anyway i was laying in the bed later that night i could hear the wind howling outside it sounded eerily similar to rosemary's baby movie , i soon feel into a light sleep but i awoke cause i could feel myself twitching and jerking like regan from the excorcist i know it wasnt a dream cause i was hardly asleep , i opened my eyes and saw a pitch black figure go across the ceiling i stayed awake in bed for the majority of the night and i slept with light on for 4 months after that night , however since then nothing like that has happened but strange enough the night it happened was around
12:00 a.m.-3:00 a.m. which is said to be the witching hour or in religion the devils hour
