Good. Now maybe they can invite someone a real chance to make it to the NFL. How the hell did The Matador AJ Greene get an invite anyways? Did scouts not watch AU games?

Maybe someone forgot the horrific injury he sustained. Or maybe you just didn't remember the sweat and pain and practice he went through just to entertain you every weekend you watched these young men play their hearts out. Or maybe you're just a d!¢k. As a lifetime fan of all things Auburn University, I will hope it's one of the first two choices.

I would not call watching Trotter run for his life "entertainment." Greene was the main factor in Trotter developing David Carr syndrome in 6 weeks. Wont miss seeing Greene not finish blocks or triple team the DT leaving Melvin Ingram unblocked to murder Trotter.

Ok, first of all, you need to read the rules here, particularly #4: http://www.aufamily....tion=boardrules

Quote

4) Leave the Players Alone. They are 18-22 year old kids. If they sometime act like kids, hey, that's what they do. If they have an off day, give them some grace. Saying that "the WRs underperformed" or "Joe Smith had a bad game" is very different from saying "Joe Smith sucks!"

secondly, a player that gave everything he had for the team you "allegedly" cheer for has given up football because of a major injury (or a series of multiple injuries). A little compassion would be nice instead of spouting off about something he (in your mind) did wrong. Out of the three options that jdub provided, I think its pretty clear that you fall into the #3 category in that list.

You should probably stroll on through and find another board. Just a recommendation of course.

Oh ok. Then AJ Greene had a succession of 12 bad games in a row. Better?

Well, not really because I think you are pretty damn clueless and just want to stir the pot.

Actually Greene is now a FORMER player. So the rules do not apply.

Not that it makes his comments acceptable, but to censor his opinion would be wrong.

I applaud Greene for coming back and finishing. If we struggled with him, I shudder to think what would have happened without him. He helped bridge the gap so that we can now have a stronger healthier line in the coming seasons. To start on an SEC team is no small thing. Even if you aren't an All-American, you have still accomplished a feat that only a few can say they have done.
Sitting behind a keyboard and ripping an SEC athlete is easy. It is tough out on that field. Too bad some of these internet macho men have never tried it.
"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it."

This is one of the rudest things I've ever seen on this board. YOu're a douchebag for sure. YOu might be an Auburn football fan, but you are for sure NOT a true Auburn man.
