  1. I was going to PM this to a few but since y'all don't mind, here goes....Thank you for listening. 🙂 Okay, I'm sorry it's very long, but here's my story. I realize it won't mean the same thing to everyone. I also realize it may sound unbelievable to many too. But it is absolutely 100% true, and the reason some have noticed a complete transformation in me. I'm not saying I'm perfect. I'm not saying I'm even Good as we all fall short of God's glory and I often fall WAY short. But my story is to demonstrate that we don't HAVE to be perfect. We just have to have a relationship with Jesu

  3. The problem is this- there is no upside to playing these teams. They are just good enough to show up and we become their Super Bowl. Remember Jacksonville State in 2015? In state team with talent. If we win, we were supposed to. Take the W and move on, no big deal. If it's close, we're not as good as advertised and it changes the perception of our program in state. Affects recruiting locally. If we lose- it's open season on our ass from every program in the state and it's too close to home to deal with. And we've paid for the L. If you're going to pay a team to play against

  6. Hate to break it to some of y'all, but player players can't be claimed yet. It's not until the official "man crush" thread is started by the originator of the tradition and your choice is posted in the thread...even then you have to be first to post to officially claim him as yours. For me, I've had J.Davis the last 3 years, so I'll be breaking in a new one this year...and I'm not letting anyone know so I don't get swooped.

  9. 1988 Earthquake Game in Baton Rouge. Win that one and I believe we're playing Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl for the MNC...watching us try to hold on to that tenuous 6-0 lead was agonizing. I think LSU converted two 4th downs on that fateful drive. 🤢 That team had a dominant defense and a pretty pedestrian offense. I think that game against LSU was Reggie Slack's first road start, and it was tough sledding. But, even given that, we were right there. So frustrating.

  12. Congrats and Amen. God has worked literal miracles in my life over the past 8 years. Long story. But, you are 100% correct. He has far Better plans than we can imagine IF we acknowledge Him and put Him First. Be sure to continue to share how He has blessed you. He may have even bigger plans to use you as a blessing to others. May God bless you and your family!!!

  15. montgomeryadvertiser.com AUBURN MAILBAG: Does anyone actually know what comes next for college football? 10-12 minutes AUBURN — The next phase of the NCAA’s extended football preseason begins Friday. Teams can now require up to 20 hours of mandatory athletic activities per week, which can include weight training and conditioning, meetings and, most significantly, on-field walk-throughs that include the use of a football. The question still left unanswered, though, is what they’re preparing for. Are t

From what I understand it won’t effect SS now, just down the road. Honestly I’d rather have the payroll tax holiday. I get a statement each year from the SSA and it shows me what my check will be, then at the bottom says it will run out of money in 2034. But they’ve said that for ever.

  17. Your establishment of the OP belies your disapproval of Obama's caging of the children my friend. Trump did not escalate anything. He merely followed the law as written and upheld by the 9th circuit. If there were a large increase in illegals crossing the border then perhaps there would have been more occupants of the fenced in sections of a large building designed to give the illegals some privacy and security until their hearings. The conditions of the temporary shelters are vastly better than anything the illegals would experience either loose in the country or outside of it. The disappoi

  19. Trump is protecting OUR federal properties. He is not breaking any law to do it. The constitution grants him that power, just as it granted Kennedy such power. At times, you get just plain silly.

  27. So, I'm really curious about this. Equestrian is a non-contact sport. In fact, there is not a lot of really close interaction required. Plus, it is not an NCAA sport, so it is not regulated by NCAA decisions. Why can't we have Equestrian competition in the age of Corona? Deal with the issue of spectators, but let the riders and horses compete. As it is, spectators do not really contribute much to the competitions. Just make it a non-spectator sport for the coming year. What am I missing?

  30. If the mayor of Portland or any other American city refuses to protect OUR federal properties from domestic terrorists, then the Federal government can and should step in and do it. The President is well within his constitutional rights to send troops in when the locals fail to do their job. None other than the hallowed JFK federalized the Alabama National Guard and sent them to Tuscaloosa to remove George Wallace from the schoolhouse door. The libs are acting like this has never been done before.

  34. It was Auburn, 30-10 going into the 4th quarter during the first meeting. During the rematch, it was Georgia 13-7, going into the fourth quarter. Of Georgia's 238-yards rushing, 127 came during the final period. IMO, if Auburn jumps out to a 14-0 lead and had a healthy Kerryon Johnson or Kamryn Pettway, Auburn likely wins.

  38. Well I have a change in plans. I may lose my new bestie @fredst, but I was offered the job I had my eye on before the Buffalo Trace job. A lot better salary and future career growth. So I have accepted that job instead. Inventory Manager at an aluminum producer/distributer about 20 mins from my current living arrangements and in the town we're looking to settle in within the next year. Pretty stoked about this one. Great vibes from this company with little turnover. I will say, Buffalo would have been a beautiful place to work though. Grabbed a few pics today. I will post more pics

  39. I am proud of the way we are doing it here. If any staff member hits one of six criteria then they aren’t required to be in the classroom. We aren’t making any high risk staff members come into the school building. Here 78% of our students have elected to return to school while 22% have selected online.

  41. I would do the same. Have signage “mask required “ but not asking associates to confront the rebels. I just would not publicly announce that I’m not enforcing it. That’s asking a lot of a employee to do for less than 10.00$ an hour.

  42. So much for "home rule" and "states rights". So much for "Federalism". Trump has revealed what many of us have long suspected. The Republican Party is nothing but a bunch of hypocritical, power hungry, wanna-be authoritarians. "Conservatism" has nothing to do with it. I think it started with Nixon's "Southern Strategy".

  43. The mayor of Portland is one big weasel. He tells Trump to get Federal troops out of Portland, but can’t control his own city as *protesters* disrupt his city for 50 days. So, what does a Democratic politician do about this, appeasements until there is real crime such as murder (see CHOP, Commie Hippies On Pot). What a way to run a city you are responsible for. Sometime an elected official has to make a tough call, if they can’t they shouldn’t run for office.

Instead of taking their medicine, learning from the experience and moving on, they chose a different path. One which divides us with manufactured outrage. I have no pity for them.

Look I don't post much on here in support of lawsuits especially when it's politicians, celebrities, or media pundits involved who are playing the victim but this is a 15 year old kid who was smeared and his public image and reputation has been ran through the mud. He doesn't have a platform to defend himself. He made one public appearance on NBC to give his side of the story but that was it. He hasn't been doing public tours or making rounds with the media to promote Trump(MAGA)or condemn Nathan Phillips for approaching him. He hasn't gone on FOX to do a softball interview. with Hannity or a
