  3. I am happy for him. Regardless of your feelings for him, he and Kristi loved Auburn and the players. I hope he feels at home there and the fans welcome him with open arms.

  5. The sense of humor that he maintained throughout his journey is one of the greatest acts of bravery I've ever witnessed. I think about the void he leaves here and I hurt so much for his girls. I can only hope that they find some comfort in him no longer suffering. You are a one and only, Nathan, and you are remembered fondly by all who knew you. May we all fight our own fights with such dignity and courage. Rest easy, big guy.

  10. I don't normally ask for this especially not on message boards, but it has gotten to the point where we need all the help we can get. I'm asking for your prayers. The last year has been really hard on my family. We found out in Feb 2018 that my Bonus Mom had stage 4 cancer that had spread from breast to liver and spine. My dad took a turn for the worse in March and was sent home under Hospice. We had him until Aug. 2nd of 2020. In September, my sister found out she has breast cancer. My wife got ill in December and we have been struggling to get her back fully healthy. On January 10th, 2021, M

  12. Really? I would love to play them in the Chic-fil-A bowl at some point in the near future. It could be a typical Malzahn coached bowl game or Gus could be inspired like he was when he thought he had a good chance of betting Bama. It would be interesting.

  14. I've always pulled for UCF as some of my best friends are alums, but this will make me actually watch their games more often. Extremely happy that Gus is gone from Auburn, but I still think he's a great guy and will pull for him wherever he goes.

  18. I have been away for a few days. Then come back to this. Lol. But yes I have a big heart for the less fortunate. Probably why I ran with the left for decades. But my 180 as it has been referred to, is due to understanding that liberalism is what caused a lot of it. The Great Society, the welfare state, was meant to fight poverty. It expanded it. These blacks libertarians and conservatives have explained it thoroughly. With mountains of research from all over the world. Black Americans were progressing well before laws were made to stop them. Then the civil rights movement came and “legally”equ

  21. Nathan was a great guy; he & I PM'd each other a few times talking about his cancer battle & my wife's (who also went to be with the Lord in February 2019), he said he would like to meet her & now he has his chance. You will be missed; I wish I could be as bold in my Faith as you were in yours. Prayers continue for your wife & girls ( I have prayed daily for 2 years).

  22. Brother, those whipped into a frenzy about Russians, etc have been vomiting BS by the dump-truck-loads for over 4 years. Not my President, 2016 Election was stolen...only we had an FBI investigation and found....all but nothing. And still the crazies do their best Trumpster Impersonations still screaming into the nite about Black Helicopter Theories about RUSSIANS!!!! COLLUSION!!!!! IMPEACHMENT!!!! TRAITOR!!!! Bigfoot!!! UFOS!!!, blah blah ****** blah. Been screaming about this nonsense for 4 plus years and even when most have realized they were had, they still keep right on screaming...

  23. Found this tonight: The 25 best college football stadiums (msn.com) Everyone cheer up, its great to be an Auburn Tiger Parents took us to Auburn for homecoming vs UF at Cliff-Hare Stadium, which was a 45,000 seat horseshoe in 1967 Had BBQ at the Pharmacy Building, bought a sweatshirt at J/M Bookstore Saw three touchdowns and and 2 blocked punts in 3 minutes Read about the game in the Birmingham News on my grandmothers porch the next day after church. I don't care what they do with the playoffs, how much the players are rewarded, or where the coach previously work

  26. (SIGH) I asked a question: You say Trump had his minions fired up over a few weeks of crap language. What do you think happened to those listening to 4+ years of Russians!, Collusion!, Impeachment!, Etc? If, in your mind, a few weeks can fire up some to storm the Capital, what has 4+ years of never ending tirades done to the other side? Does anyone here really expect this country to Unite? Especially after a second Impeachment trial that all 330M knew was DIW from day one?

  29. WR will look much better since they will be allowed to actually be wr's. But they will look mediocre if they can't get the ball. The quicker people get on the same page the quicker we'll be able to see their talent

  32. Feel bad for all the high school offensive linemen who have always dreamed of playing at UCF. But for real, congrats to Gus. Maybe he and his agent can con UCF into over paying him.

  33. Hopefully UCF would not hire someone who can’t recruit, develop, or coach. He may not have reached the pinnacle at Auburn but I am not ready to say he “can’t” coach.

  35. LMAO! Kobe Rice Owens Hudson aka AB will be a stud if he can be half of what any one of those are!!! Very well said, though. He definitely seems faster and more twitchy than CT and stronger than DA. I think he will be our feature WR this year.

  36. Went to a local butcher I've been meaning to check out to pick up some steaks for Valentine's Day. I didn't expect to leave with wagyu filets and lobster tails. Worth. Every. Penny. This was my first time having wagyu and it really is just a completely different experience. Every bite just an explosion of rich, buttery umami. Can't stop thinking about it. No, the steaks weren't cut in heart shapes. They were just tender enough to pose like that to make Mrs. Loof laugh.

  37. He will do fine at UCF. His wife will be a disney with the grandkids all the time. Not sure who UCF's rival is, but they should hire Kevin Steele to make things interesting. After a couple years he will end up at South Carolina when they realize that Shane Beamer can't coach.

  39. Those are great ideas for sure but there is something else that we can do to honor his memory as well. Nathan shared his testimony and his faith with us and I'm sure with others in his life. He did that to bring others closer to Jesus. That was his goal because he cared about everyone. If anyone has someone in their life heading down the wrong path, don't judge, don't criticize and don't condemn. Just be their friend, love them and do your best to help them get turned in the right direction. As Christians that is our responsibility and Nathan took that responsibility very seriously. As Auburn
