  1. Muschamp out at Florida (MERGED)

My choice for DC, if there is a change, is Jeremy Priutt. You get the DC and recuiter. Write him the check and trust that he will take care of the defense.
  2. Get ready War Eagle!

Shout out to austudnt23. He called it prior to the season started about the OL being dominant! War Eagle!
  3. 2013 5* LB Reuben Foster (Alabama signee)

Congratulations to Reuben on being selected to the USA Today All-USA Football team. http://www.usatodayhss.com/amfam/article/2012-american-family-insurance-all-usa-high-school-football-team
  4. 2013 5* DT Dee Liner (Alabama signee)

Congratulations to Dee on being selected to the USA Today All-USA Football team. http://www.usatodayhss.com/amfam/article/2012-american-family-insurance-all-usa-high-school-football-team
  5. Lost timeout

Clock was going to start back once E. Florence was taken to the sideline. The announcers were confused on it as well.
  6. HAPPY AUBURN TIGERS FOOTBALL DAY!!!!!!!

The streak starts today! WAR EAGLE!
  7. Is there a key stat to victories?

He will most definitely be your favorite poster. Stat is the MAN! Welcome to AE and War Eagle!
  8. Brent Calloway receives death threats

I like how Coach Saban stated that he didn't know how other schools knew so much about his team, because he didn't know anything about other teams. I guess that's why he was going in detail about AUBURN during the National Championship Game. It seemed to me like he knew a little bit about Auburn. Yeah right, coach. Now go sign those young men while lying to them about their future position. Then when it doesn't pan out they are relieved of their scholarship.
  9. WAR EAGLE!...from where?

War Eagle from Center Star, AL with 10" of snow this morning!
  10. Tulsa'a gonna really hate us ...

I'm on board with you. I posted the same about two months ago when some of the CGM protege question came up. http://www.auburneagle.com/WEAForum/index.php?topic=27073.msg470121#msg470121 But it's always better to have the man than his student. I'm glad CGM is staying a little longer. War Eagle!
  11. I'm 100% certain he will go with CGM to be his offensive coordinator. He knows this offense as well as anyone except Coach Malzahn. The only thing that would prevent that would be $$$$$. If Auburn would offer more than CGM could afford. At the same time how would the current offensive staff take it if the graduate assistant got the job before they did.
  12. Not so fast my friend. Check out Tulsa's stats for 2009. I fully understand that CGM will leave at some point but please don't overlook his importance in being on site and calling the plays. In 2009 Tulsa finished 35th in total offense after being #1 for 2007 and 2008. Then as you mention this year they are #5 per http://www.cfbstats.com/2010/leader/national/team/offense/split01/category10/sort01.html I posted this about six weeks ago about Malzahn's protege. A name that I haven't seen mentioned is Chad Morris at Tulsa. I hope that we are covered from within just in case something comes up. But Coach Morris has some history with CGM. http://www.presnapread.com/duplicating-the-malzahn-magic/ Then you see how Tulsa has improved since last year.....the year without CGM. http://espn.go.com/college-football/statistics/team/_/stat/total I had not and continue to not see Chad Morris' name brought up about a potential OC. I think this guy may be the best kept secret in college football. He has worked with Texas A&M on their spread offence and I think you can see the results that got this year as well. This guy is the reason that Tulsa is back in the top 5 in total offense. Maybe a name that we should remember in the coming months. I hope that CGM stays but he must do what is right for him and his family. WAR EAGLE!!!!
  13. If we didn't already know it...... http://heismanpundit.com/2010/11/26/calling-the-race-2/
  14. Does Malzhan have a protege?

  15. Jonathan Rose

From this afternoon: "I've got to figure out when I'm going to make my decision, but most likely I'm going to be an Auburn Tiger,'' said Rose, a frequent visitor to campus. "No announcement yet, but you can almost bank I'm going to be an Auburn Tiger." http://blog.al.com/goldmine/2010/06/auburns_first_senior_mini-camp.html
