  3. "If you have one of the best seasons that they've had in 14 years and you want to start talking to me about critical, then you've lost perspective on where this program has been, how it's valued and how it's judged. You just have. Our fan base does not feel that way... Our program is in really, really good shape." Love it.

    Just how I feel....

@cole256 If Bruce Pearl was never hired at AU, where would this team be in regards to where they are now?

    What a huge win

IPFW is a decent team. They won their regular season conference title last year. They also played well with a deep Arkansas team this year (9 point loss).

  10. It's not just Bama. Mississippi State has had a couple VERY good recruiting classes, Tennessee hit a home run in hiring Rick Barnes. Frank Martin at South Carolina has them doing big things and Arkansas is supposed to have a very good team this year. Bruce said when he was hired that the whole SEC will continue to get stronger and they have.

What the Razorpigs think about us

Ideally, yes. However, this is just my take on what I hear their radio personalities and callers saying. I've also watched their games and I know they're good enough to beat Auburn.

What the Razorpigs think about us

The biggest weakness on Arkansas' offence is the O-line - particularly Hjalte Froholdt (#51). He tends to get lost and beaten. He got burned on a 3rd down on their first possession against Ole Miss and it lead to a drive ending sack. I believe they've moved Jake Raulerson (one of their most consistent linemen to help Froholdt). Other than that, as a whole, the rest of the line has been underwhelming. Overall, they've had better than average O-line play for the past 2 years and they aren't seeing it this year. I'm not convinced Austin Allen is playing as well as Brandon Allen played starting with the Auburn game through the end of last year, however, Austin is playing better more consistently than Brandon did. Rawleigh Williams had his first great game against Ole Miss and he showed flashes against A&M (fumbled on the 1 yard line and lost confidence). Devwah Whaley is their next big runner. Everyone has high expectations for him. They haven't been using him as much as the fans would like, but they're happy with what they've been seeing. Their receivers can catch the ball. Sprinkle is no joke at Tight End. Defensively, McTelvin Agim is about as hyped to Arkansas as Carl Lawson was to Auburn. Generally, their line is the best part of their defense. Line backers are pretty thin. Especially with Dre Greenlaw being injured. He's been very consistent over the last 2 years. His backup (Dwayne Eugene I believe) has filled his shows well. However, I think Eugene got injured against Ole Miss, haven't heard of his status. Brooks Ellis is probably the smartest defender on the field. He doesn't have it all physically, however he is always lined up correctly and plays smart. One thing that really frustrates Arkansas fans is the cushion that their DBs give receivers. Other than that, they have some hard hitters. Santos Ramirez and Henre' Toliver are decent DBs. To me, Arkansas is about as good as they were last year. I can't see too many tremendous improvements. Of course, I say all of this living in central Arkansas and listening to their sports talk radio on my hour commute daily.

I only put regular season home games in bold. Yes, technically 7 games will be played at Auburn Arena, however 3 of them are either exhibition or part of an early season "tournament".

    Colin Kaepernick answers his critics

Is America more racist now than it was when Jackie Robinson played? I'd say that Jackie Robinson has a far better understanding of oppression and racism than Jerry Rice does. THAT'S why Jackie Robinson's thoughts on standing for the National Anthem matters.

    Colin Kaepernick answers his critics

So because the quote was 50 years ago means that it has no validity today? I was unaware that quotes had expiration dates. I guess we can throw out the Bible or any historical text from over 50 years ago. Also, MLK died before "any lasting changes of the civil rights movement". Are his quotes invalid as well? When, exactly, did I compare what CK did to what JR did? All I did was say that JR had similar thoughts as CK and backed it up with a link.

    Colin Kaepernick answers his critics

You don't care who I bring up because who I brought up doesn't think the same way as you. I wasn't the first to bring up Jerry Rice, nor was I the first to bring up Jackie Robinson. Also, I'd say that bringing up one of the most influential people in the civil rights movement and the fact that he agrees with CK would bring validity to what CK is doing.
