Get off of Dr. Spurlin. He turned down the opportunity to have THE most prestigious band position in the country (Ohio State) a few years back to stay at Auburn. He develops Auburn men and women in his program and sets high standards for his students. Not once has he diminished Auburn (and I had to play through the monstrosity that was 2012). He may have gone to Alabama for school, but does that really matter? It's been his choice for the past 10 years to be here, and he's ridiculously good at his job. After all, Pat Dye and Kevin Steele coached at Alabama and they don't get called out for their time at other schools. IMHO, y'all should go find something else to complain about.
