  1. Clearly Freeze's Rebel Bears remember that TCU thrashing last bowl season, and has this team far better prepared. That, plus Chad Kelly > Bo Wallace.
  2. Those treacherous promises. QB stability has really been a sore thumb for Sumlin post-Manziel. From Kenny Hill, to Kyle Alle and now Kyler Murray.
  3. Robinson comes across as laid back with a good sense of humor.
  4. Not satisfied with the team performance throughout much of the contest, however I'm not sure why some expected anything different from this presser. Not many college coaches are going to ream their players in public. All that does is potentially open the door for more team discontinuity.
  5. Why? It's classic Gus. How long did he take him to pull Frazier? And realize KF wasn't who he thought he was. That's your answer. That is soooo funny. Here's why: Kiehl Frazier was never, ever the starting QB at AU during Malzahn's time as OC under Chiz or as head coach. Malzahn never pulled Frazier, because when Frazier was named the starter in 2012, Malzahn was at Arky State. (You want a warm towel to wipe the egg from your face?) You clearly missed the post where the guy admitted error on that little factoid. Lighten up Francis.
  6. I'm not ready to blare the Klaxon just yet, but one eyebrow is raising while questions are beginning to mount.
  7. Sounds awfully like Chizik's squad. Yeah, I get the feeling like something isn't right. No chemistry at all. IMO it doesn't stop there. Flip the calendar back to last season to the Whitehead situation where it eventually manifested itself on the field the team tanked. Very disturbing trend. At this point, it's very fair to question Malzahn's ability to retain control and keep his teams focused. What would cause it to unravel this early? That is the strange feeling I get that has happened. Honestly, if JJ has 2 fewer picks over the first two games, I don't think we're having

  10. More like App State/Michigan, or James Madison/Va Tech.
