  1. For making hypothetical threads? Try not to make it sound like I forced you to comment in this thread. You didnt make me do anything. The whole concept is ridiculous, and the fact that you think it's even reasonable conversation tells me how little you know. It's an utterly stupid idea - even to discuss. Like it or not I have a right to my opinion just like you and there's a TON more evidence that says a 2 QB system is a total lame brain idea, than evidence that states otherwise. Quit being a crybaby. This team is playing for an SEC and national championship. Care to name the teams with 2
  2. Oh brother. This is why coaches coach, and fans watch from the stands or their living room. smh
  3. JJ may be gone after his Jr. year. Wouldn't surprise me at all.
  4. is this Verne or brent? my vote for stupid post of the day.
  5. Also, the Wisky Bashers not only lost to LSU but also to Auburn yesterday if you listen to Musburger. How many times did he say that??? I just ignore the talking heads...all VERY low IQs.
  6. It's part of the game. Proposing rules changes etc. for faking injuries is downright silly. Leave it like it is. I'm not one to boo, but in a crowd of 90,000, people are gonna do it. I guess it's something to talk about, but who cares. Nothing can reasonably be done about it.
  7. ^^^This^^^ In the first half, our defensive aggressiveness was killing us, as Arky had nearly the perfect plays called. I think our D was out coached by Bert's O the first half. Being outcoached was not the case at all. Arkansas game planned for us all summer. Because it was a first game, they put in New things that there was no way to prepare for. Musburger and Jesse moron kept harping on the OL of Arkansas dominating, but that wasn't the case. We were out of position and taking ourselves out of the play more times than not. This stopped in the second half. We adjusted. No more surprise
  8. They completely ignored the incomplete pass on 3rd down. With our bad D we can't afford bad calls too.
  9. Our D has many issues. LB nonexistent again. Granted they are holding our DL a good bit. We are out of position constantly. Aggravating.
  10. I absolutely agree. The extent that rival fans, and in some instances, our fans,go to slam a kid when THEY HAVE NO IDEA what really happened is out of control and disgusting. Its another case of truth doesn't matter in social media. No matter how biased or baseless the insults are, people can't wait to pile on and trash someone even when it's all fictitious. We, of all fanbases, should know our rivals don't need substance to smear us. I don't let what others say affect my blood pressure. People are curious, and in the absence of information, will speculate. "Insiders" gave us a tidbit of in

  12. Really don't care who wins but USCe is not impressive at all. Its a first game I know. No pass rush, poor tackling, moving in slow motion. OL not impressive at all either. They are gonna miss C Shaw too, more than what the talking heads claim.
  13. Well, I have to disagree completely with that. Team chemistry is the result of many things, not just formed under fire as you say. How the team practices, how they react with one another outside of practice, individual personalities, oneness of a goal by all players, coaches who understand what it takes to build chemistry...all of these affect chemistry. Trial under fire tests your chemistry and makes your team stronger, but it isnt what makes the chemistry. If the chemistry isnt already there when the fire comes, you just get burned. The fire doesn't make the chemistry better. It just reaffir
  14. Exactly what I was thinking. Wth does "word on the street" even mean when talking about a team's closed practices, besides a phrase being used to try and justify making something up. Maybe the street he was referring to is denny chimes dr. in tuscaloser?
  15. Before I even scrolled down to see Donnie, I said that guy looks like Donnie Osmond. But does he wear purple socks?
  16. After watching him I would say he's WELL SPOKEN. He is so WELL SPOKEN that he could even brag about being WELL SPOKEN to someone else that is also WELL SPOKEN and they wouldn't be able to refute what he said no matter how WELL SPOKEN they were.
  17. I appreciate Gus more every time I see one of his press conferences. It's so refreshing to see a coach who has integrity and treats others with high regard and respect. It says a lot about him, and in this day and age it's not something to take for granted. He is an Auburn man and represents Auburn well...in addition to being a football genius. I especially appreciate the stark contrast it presents to what goes on the other side of the state.
  18. Since the playoff is a subjective selection decided by a committee who may or may not have an agenda, every single game matters as much as the other. Against teams you should beat, you better beat them convincingly, especially the weak ones. In the big games expected to be close, you better win. Anything you dont do right (even if you win) can and may be used against you when the committee makes it's decision. I fully expect that approach by the committee with Auburn despite our schedule. Every single game matters, maybe even moreso now than before.
  19. You must cringe with AU then; that zone read is dialed up time and time again.
  20. I was sitting in the end zone corner where Cam caught that pass - it was a moment of beauty! I was bout to say the same thing. I guess we were desperate vs Ole Miss in 2010.
