  1. Anyone else baffled that Gus hasn’t taken a timeout? You’d think it might help with thinking of a better play to run...
  2. Kudos to the Auburn girl screaming when MSU is on offense. You the real MVP.
  3. What an amazing player. And as you will see @Momma Worm, true Auburn fans are loyal despite the losses. WDE, loved Worm’s fight today!
  4. Idk I think I’ve seen worse... D has been on the field the entire quarter. They’re exhausted and I’m not surprised they’re making mistakes. O needs to step up.
  5. Attempting to watch via shaky WiFi on the train from Bordeaux to Paris! War Damn Eagle from France everyone!
  6. LOL to be honest, now I'd rather be in the Hare.
  7. I will be in Paris for the game... anyone have any suggestions for watching the game internationally? I could always convert a bunch of Parisians in a bar to Auburn fans.
  8. Jeff Holland is amazing, and perhaps better than Carl was when he played at Auburn, but Carl's talent in the NFL can't be denied. He has been nasty for the Bengals. 4.5 sacks this season and 7 combined tackles for a rookie. He certainly plays like he's pissed about his draft selection. That said, love me some Sensei Mud.
  9. This. I understand those who think SW should be benched, but he does not deserve all the blame.
  10. Rod Bramblett made a comment that it's almost like they want to make it to third down to eat up the clock and then pass...
  11. ... Our tight end situation is horrible.
  12. I hate ESPN. This happened last time before the uat game and they never had it available on Watch ESPN even though they said they would. Same thing is happening right now.
  13. Call me silly or whatever but HATER most accurately describes me when it comes to ua. I never want them to win at anything EVER, and don't feed me the "it benefits the state, conference...bs" . I'm an Auburn & Alabama fan... P.S. Go Tigers.
  14. When is Haley Center being torn down again? The South end zone will have a better view when that happens. Or maybe the other monstrously big scoreboard they're planning to build will block it out...
  15. Another post about let's concentrate on whatever we have next. I will never understand this mentality for a group of FANS. We aren't out there preparing to play the game people. We are free to discuss which ever game we want to discuss whenever we want to discuss it. #hateuat I think he was talking about the team, not about us?
  16. Unfortunately he always seems to play well against us...
  17. He looks fine and the commentators keep saying he's expected to play today.
  18. Being a recent grad and first generation Auburn, I haven't experienced as much. But I will say that we beat Georgia only once when I was a student at Auburn. The Prayer in Jordan-Hare will forever be my favorite Georgia memory. I was a mess on that 4th and 18 thinking we had no hope. What a miraculous game.... And season.
  19. ... don't jump on me, but play him a little at WR. In game manager mode, he can be pretty good back up QB. He's not going to win games, consistently anyways as a starter. He can help here and there though. Can people not just be happy with the win?! It was our best team performance of the year, by far! I just don't get it. I'm happy, just trying to be realistic. He was good tonight, best QB on the field. However, his earlier starts this year happened as well. Just trying to keep everything in perspective. That's not perspective. I think it's pretty solid perspective. So happy for our guys and I love the fight in this team. But just because we win the game does not mean JJ should be starting QB. I still believe Sean White has more talent. JJ handed the ball off most of the game. Loved JJ's emotions tonight though, haven't seen that from him in awhile...
  20. So, if Gus brought in another OC, what would change? We would still be running the same offense with Gus calling the plays. Lashlee isn't the issue. It's effort and execution. This offense works. Gus has proven that for many years in different conferences. It just takes players to execute it. Gee, I wonder who's responsible for teaching execution. Maybe they need better players. It's not like Auburn's been in the top 10 in recruiting the last 5 years. Oh wait... If Auburn was signing "bottom of the barrel" 3 and 4 star recruits, nobody would be complaining about the coaching staff. However, when the team has been constantly recruiting 4 and 5 star recruits, with very few of them panning out or reaching expectations, there's a problem. Lack of effort could mean lack of belief in the coaching staff or lack of discipline and lack of execution could mean lack of preparation. Many of these same players were recruited by other top programs. If they were really this bad, do you think some of them would have a national following. Funny thing about 4 and 5 star recruits is they still have to be taught. This. I never said I think Gus's offense doesn't work. But we have talent on offense and for some reason it's just not doing it. Gus might still be calling the plays, but at least there would be a coordinator CHALLENGING his thinking and brainstorming new ideas. I love Gus, but sometimes having someone with a different point of view is the best thing. Not a puppet who just calls the same plays and doesn't question anything.
