Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. § 1232g)

Recommended Posts

'Permits a student or the parent of a minor student to inspect and challenge the accuracy and completeness

of educational records which concern the student. Prohibits schools receiving public funds from using or disclosing the contents of a student’s records without the consent of the student or of the parent of the minor student. Prohibits government access to personal data in educational records without a court order or lawfully issued subpoena, unless the government is seeking access to the records for a specified education-related purpose. Vests administrative enforcement of the Act in the Department of Education, and provides for termination of Federal funds if an institution violates the Act and compliance cannot be secured voluntarily.'

This sums it up....'journalism' is now staring down the eyes of the federal government.....

Yeah baby. Leave it to the New York Times. Not just the source but the media outlet that just released this needs to be attacked. I am actually liking this second allegation...together with the first they are kindof making everybody more skeptical...more people are supporting Cam after the second came out.

I agree, it looks pathetic to bring up a subject which has no bearing whatsoever.

Considering that #2 in the Heisman race is lamicheal james and that he spent 10 days in the slammer, shouldn't he be eliminated? :-\
