Staying Logged in

Since last weekend, when I was accessing thru my phone, I had a problem logging in...so did a new password and got in. My problem now is, in spite of having it set to stay logged in "forever", each time I  pull up the site...whether from work, home or on I phone....it has logged me out and I have to log in. It did not used to do this and as far as I know, I have not changed anything, except password. I went in to settings and could not find anything that would change, only on log in page.  Anyone else have this problem with it logging you out each time? Any ideas would be appreciated...I don't like having to log in each time I pull up the site. ) Lack of patience is one of my vices!
