i think w/ UAB's season to date, they deserve a thread of their own.

they will be bowlbound this year, i'm convinced of it. i think they're the 3rd best team in C-USA behind Louisville and USM. wonder if they can get the USM monkey off their back this year.

i agree, tigger, but it's so good to see UAB get some 'quality' wins under their belt. i say 'quality' only that it comes against a BCS team. i do realize state is way down right now, but UAB now owns victories over LSU and MSU in the last few years. it's gotta start somewhere!

here's hoping they make it to the Mobile Bowl this year!
