The Pork will be plentiful on the Alabama Plains this weekend, but the question is whether the locals will get to partake. Houston Nutt's Pigs are a pretty tough bunch, and they ain't gonna give up their jowls and feet without putting up a fight. That being said, Tommy Tuberville's Pride of Tigers will enjoy all the headcheese it wants on Saturday.

Cockadoodle Lou will lead his Chicken Brigade into Lexington this weekend, where the locals are licking their chops. Rich Brooks' Commonwealth Kitties have a taste for breast meat, and they'll try like heck to satisfy that urge, but the Bosses of the Barnyard ain't broilers, and they'll scratch the hide off the Kentucky Felines.

The Pigskin Pachyderms are doing everything they can to avoid the Elephant graveyard, but that effort's getting tougher and tougher. Now Jeff Bower leads his Birds of Prey into the Tuscaloosa Big Top to see if he can get them to spread their wings, but I ain't sure they got the altitude to stay out of trouble in this one.

The Gray Backs ain't been causing much of a pigskin uprising this season, and now they have to defend their ground from Phillip Fulmer's Army of Volunteers. The Knoxville Riflemen will be carrying their long guns and marching in step, and David Cutcliffe's Southern Insurgents ain't gonna survive the invasion.

The Nashville Navy was hoping to make some pigskin strides this season, but they ain't had much wind in their sails. Now they run aground in Northeast Georgia where Mark Richt's Red Clay Hounds are waiting with their hackles up. The Classic City Canines are a territorial pack, and they'll tear the epaulettes off Bobby Johnson's Crew this weekend.
