Banned on my Blackberry

I have no issues on my home and office computer, but my Blackberry shows an error and that I have been banned. It won't let me log out or anything else. I travel alot so please help!

Try clearing all your internet files.  You may lose your bookmarks but it should delete any cookies that may cause this.

Ok, I loaded Opera browser onto my Blackberry and have been able to view AE fine. Then this morning, I was told I was banned as well! It's really frustrating. I deleted all cookies and history on both browsers and it doesn't help.

Stop using a Blackberry.  Who uses those anymore?  Get an iPhone.
