Techeticles by Bayou Teche Brewing. A triple IPA. Man, this is a really, really solid beer. At 12%, I gotta be careful.

Giant IPAs like that are often a lot better in theory. Glad to hear it actually tastes good!

Easily my go-to beer lately. It's cheap and low abv and tastes fantastic. Having one right now.

Citrus piney goodness. I will pick up more tomorrow.

Big fan of Lagunitas 12th of Never right now for a session beer. 5.5% so not technically a session beer at all, but certainly a lot less dangerous than other beers in that genre with equal body and similar flavor profile.

The "Summer of Ghost" is drawing to a close. If I can find it, anyone interested in some?

In theory, yes, but things are crazy for me these days and I don't know when I'll be able to return the favor.

I guess I just wanted to acknowledge such an awesome offer, lol.

Hops seem a little faded in this. Still delicious. Can't tell if the bottled date was 8/25 or 9/25. Based on the status of the hops, I'm assuming the former. Or perhaps I just liked the Nola better. ?

Glad you got your hands on this. The hops have definitely been a bit “muted” with this newest variation. Tons of flavor, just not the in-your-face flavor of the original.

I really, really like that beer. US is putting out some killer stuff. They did a Lime Cucumber Gose this year that was supposedly awesome.

Well, dang. We are at the beach, just got a mandatory evacuation notice.

Headed upstream about an hour, hope to be able to come back tomorrow.

Beer will be consumed in mass quantities later....so stay tuned.
