Moncrief was not committed to USM this cycle. That was when he was in High School. He doesn't count.

Last I heard he wasnt charged with anything. Not sure what issue there may be.

Gus doesn't need to say anything. All charges were dropped. The kid did nothing wrong, end of story. Recently Gus introduced all of our signees to the B'ham Auburn club and showed brief videos of each recruit. Bessent was there right along with the others, if charges being dropped isn't good enough for you.

Malzahn said after the charges were dropped that he was still gathering information. That was the last time it has been addressed by someone associated with the program as far as I know. Interpret that how you will.....
