"Hey Homer, isn't it wonderful that our government cares so much about us!!!!!"

"It sure is Bigbens! Obamatopia is wonderful!!!!"

Real clever. So I must love our government because I think your harebrained little conspiracy theory is ridiculous.

alexava is right. Get back on your meds.

Exactly what is preventing you all from starting your revolution anyway? All I here is lots of talk. The nation elects a black president and you talk about revolution?

What a bunch of silly fools you sound like. You are an embarrassment.

Just because people disagree with his agenda, with his failed policies does not make them racist. Just like you parroting all the talking points of the DNC doesn't make you a socialist like many of them. Or a foaming at the mouth far left loon like many here think.

Right. You guys promote the idea of armed rebellion, even if in a weasely way, and I am the one who is a "foaming at the mouth loon".:laugh:

What in the world does the nation electing a black president have to do with anything? Psst, American elected Obama twice and the country is getting exactly what it deserves. My guess is you're loving it but, a growing majority of Americans are not. The revolution will be seen in November when Americans express they dissatisfaction with their votes.

The idea that your self righteous sanctimonious self would call people out for their discontent is very telling. Are you in favor of an authoritarian regime where people aren't allowed to freely express their dissatisfaction with government?? The fact that Obama is black is immaterial given his results on the economy and employment, race relations on his watch have dramatically digressed, his foreign policy failures, his lawless use of executive fiat etc.etc etc

Wow. You actually said something that's not totally insane.

Thanks for agreeing with me about the need for armed rebellion. (But it's still OK to stoke your fantasies with your assault rifles. Just keep it safe and try not to hurt anyone. ;)

Don't confuse Homey with the facts...Debbie Wasserman-Schultz didn't tell him about any of these other folks....if she did I am sure she would say we are anti-woman (at least that covers Pelosi I think), anti-Mormon and anti-Lurch...oh, and anti-pantsuit.

What facts regarding the need to arm ourselves against our own government are you referring to? Perhaps you got off-track somewhere.

I am curious about your worldview regarding our country Weegle. Do you know what your net worth is? Are things going that badly for you?

"You tinfoil hat wearing people are nuts!"

"Our government would never do anything to harm us, they love us!"

Exactly...I mean, history has proven that governments are our benevolent overlords only wanting and doing what is best for us.

Same question for you japan. Have things really gotten that much worse for you since Obama's election?

Personally, and I don't mean to boast, but I am way better off financially than I was in 2008. And I don't feel threatened by our government. So where is all this angst coming from?

I has nothing to do with it but it is what the ignorant have taught the even more ignorant to say in an attempt to distract from the complete ineptness, corruptness and failure that Obama has proven to be.

So you really don't love America, you just love what you can milk it for? What you just posted speaks VOLUMES. Do you know why the majority of Democrats vote Democrat? Because of handouts from the government. I would venture to say that if you had polled 1000 registered Democrats, maybe 10%, and that's generous, could even name any platform points that Obama ran on.

That's an absurd twisting of my statement.

You are the ones who are hinting that armed rebellion is a possibility. My question is why? What is motivating you to believe that? What has gone so wrong that you can't get ahead in your life and why do you blame the government for it?

And since when is accumulating wealth the old fashioned way - working hard, living beneath your means and investing the difference - is "milking" my country? That's an insane conclusion based on nothing but your own assumptions.

This is a great country. One worth sacrificing for. Only a loser would suggest we need to take up arms against it. So how much of a loser are you?

So do you think we need to start stockpiling guns and ammo to prepare for...... Obama's SNA :dunno: ??

After all, his term expires in a couple of years. Then you'll have a chance to elect someone better.

So typical of your weaseling style. I haven't addressed the right to one's "discontent". I am calling out the insinuations (made in this case by Weegle but common to many others) that we need to prepare ourselves to combat our government. You may think that is a legitimate way of expressing "discontent" but I don't.

I think it's an expression of the sort of fantasies one expects by wacko militia types. Apparently that sort of delusion has gone main stream. It should be called out for the sake of this forum.

I don't know if you are a loser or not Weegle. I didn't think so previously. But to follow that with the 'I'm-indignant-about-being-called-a-loser' gambit looks pretty weak.

There's nothing weaseling about voting out an incompetent community organizer and as many of his minions as possible so, pay attention, chapter 1 will be written in November.

When the govt starts using para-military forces on its citizens over civil disputes it appears oppressive to many including me. However, I have never advocated rebellion of any sort other than rebelling at the voting booth and I fully expect a massive rebellion of that nature in about 7 months. Stay tuned!

When the government becomes oppressive, people tend to get suspicious. Out of curiosity, do you consider George Washington and those that fought the British in the 1700's 'wacko militia types'?

Interesting.

In the letter, Horsford says that his constituents in the Bunkerville area are living in fear. Out of their misplaced desire to protect racist rancher Cliven Bundy, right-wing militia groups have set up armed checkpoints on highways and roads. They are illegally stopping vehicles and demanding drivers show their IDs to prove they are residents before they are allowed to pass. Militia members are also intimidating people around schools and churches.

i dont know why you would be. You would love to believe that I either stand for or am something that conveniently consistent with some evil right wing of your imaginings. I would say, however, none of that would be happening right now had the BLM not sent para-military forces to Clark County over a civil dispute. I am amazed so many honestly believe the BLM actions were appropriate and acted accordingly. There was and remains a much more civilized way to handle that dispute and the BLM get their fees, penalties and interest to boot.

You really don't see the irony of this considering the the self-styled "militia" types Bundy was actively encouraging to convene on the scene?

Do you think the militia road blocks happened spontaneously?

Do you think all those photos were faked?
