JMO but there is more "distance" in women's basketball between the top half dozen teams and the rest of tourney participants.....and on any given day UCONN is in a class by themselves.

To make things worse, the visitors like AU play on the home floor of the higher rated teams which minimizes the likelihood of serious upsets.

Congrats to AU for winning that first game and making the second round but it's badly stacked against them now.

I agree. There's a significant gap between the top 4-5 teams and the rest, then UCONN holds a gap almost as big between them and that top 4-5.
