She's been a leader as AU moved into it's current phase of softball excellence though some of the more recent signees have passed her on the depth chart. She has been reliable and durable and this accomplishment is the result of her dedication to her team. Lexi was a top pitcher in the Charlotte area at the HS attended by two of my grandchildren and I've followed her career with great interest. She signed with AU when we were still a middle of the pack program and she played a big part getting the Tigers to the World Series last year and helping raise the program to the prominence it is now enjoying.
