Too bad he doesn't look at the UF vs AU as a business decision.

I think IMO no inside info but he might of made a commitment video this far out with a ending where he picks all 3 teams. Kinda like Master Teague did in the summer.

Auburn is set to host its best list of recruiting visitors so far in the 2017 season.

The Tigers expect to host 21 top prospects from the 2018, 2019 and 2020 classes — 16 of whom are rated as 4-star or 5-star prospects. There will be seven Auburn commits on campus for the Ole Miss game, and they’ll be serving as recruiters for the other 14 high-caliber prospects at the game.

Here’s who plans to be in attendance and the latest on each.

  • 5-star 2019 OL Clay Webb, Oxford, Ala.: Webb attended one Auburn game already this season. Saturday against Ole Miss will be his second. He’s one of the Tigers’ top targets in the 2019 class, and it’ll be a battle with Alabama and Georgia for Webb.
  • 4-star 2018 WR Seth Williams, Tuscaloosa, Ala: Williams has been trending up for the Tigers since the summer. However, this will be his first game visit to the Tigers this season. Kodi Burns will have his hands full this weekend with recruiting talent on the Plains.
  • 3-star 2018 OL commit Kam Stutts, Killen, Ala: Stutts has been at Auburn for one home game this season, and it’s no surprise to see him back. He’s as solid of a commit as a commit can be.
  • 4-star 2018 Alabama LB commit Quay Walker, Cordele, Ga.: Walker attended Auburn’s home game last weekend despite originally planning to go to Alabama, where he’s committed. He expects to be back Saturday with family members, which is usually a good sign for the school a prospect is visiting. Back-to-back weekends with this Alabama commit on campus will catch a lot of people’s attention.
  • 4-star 2018 JUCO CB Saivion Smith, Bradenton, Fla.: The former LSU player visited Alabama last weekend and will join one of his Mississippi Gulf Coast teammates for his first Auburn visit. The Crimson Tide won’t be easy to beat, but this visit is an important one.
  • 4-star 2018 WR Anthony Schwartz, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.: Schwartz told SEC Country earlier this week that it’s down to two schools: Auburn and Florida. The Gators are the runaway favorite for Schwartz, but impressing him with the football program and the track program will be key for Auburn this weekend to pull of a surprise.
  • 4-star 2018 WR Justyn Ross, Phenix City, Ala.: Ross was on campus last weekend for the first game of the 2017 season. He’ll be back for another visit against Ole Miss. Ross’ relationships with Auburn are already as strong or stronger than any other program, but the more the Tigers host him, the harder it’ll be for Ross to leave the state and go to Clemson.
  • 4-star 2019 QB Bo Nix, Pinson, Ala.: Nix visited last weekend with his family, and he’ll be back for another game this weekend. With Justin Fields’ announcement to go to Georgia, it’s possible Auburn stays where it’s at with 2019 quarterback recruiting and tries to land Nix in 2019 to fill up the roster.
  • 4-star 2018 JUCO DL commit Daquan Newkirk, Orlando, Fla.: Newkirk will play an integral role in Auburn’s chances with Saivion Smith. He’s a big reason Smith is making the visit in the first place. Newkirk admitted last week that Alabama will be tough to beat for Smith.
  • 4-star 2019 OLB/DE King Mwikuta, Lagrange, Ga.: Mwikuta is very comfortable at Auburn and has been there a bunch. He told SEC Country that Alabama leads with Georgia second, but Auburn is the only other team he knows will be among his finalists when he commits on his desired commit date of Dec. 15. Every visit counts.
  • 4-star 2018 safety commit Quindarious Monday, Atlanta, Ga.: This will be Monday’s first game visit of the season since most of his high school games are played on Saturdays. Monday has only visited one other time since committed on July 11, so this visit will play a major role in keeping Clemson and Georgia at bay.
  • 4-star 2018 DT Coynis Miller, Birmingham, Ala.Miller confirmed he’d make the trip for the Ole Miss game rather than go to Florida for the LSU game. This will be the last game Miller attends before he commits on Oct. 14. I like Auburn’s chances, but topping Alabama and Florida won’t be easy. This weekend will be a big difference maker.
  • 4-star 2018 RB commit Asa Martin, Decatur, Ala.: Expect Martin to assume a major recruiter role, especially with Miller, but also with the other big offensive talent on campus — Ross, Schwartz and Williams. Martin hasn’t been to another game other than Auburn this season, so it’s always a good sign for the Tigers that he keeps coming back.
  • 3-star 2018 ATH commit Josh Marsh, Decatur, Ala.: Marsh has been a fixture at Auburn home games this season, which shouldn’t come as a major surprise since he was a huge Tigers fan before becoming a recruit. I’d expect to see Marsh at pretty much every game for the rest of the season.
  • 4-star 2018 OLB/DE Richard Jibunor, Athens, Ga.: This is a big-time visitor instead of Jibunor going to Gainesville, Fla., for the Florida-LSU game this weekend, which was a possibility. Jibunor told SEC Country he wants to commit in November and sign in December, so his visits are hitting a crucial point.
  • 4-star 2018 OL Trey Hill, Warner Robins, Ga.: Here’s another huge visitor. The top-50 prospect attended the Georgia Southern game, so this will be his second time on campus so far this season. With Justin Fields’ commitment, a lot of people will suggest Hill, too, is a Georgia lock. It’s not out of the question, but Auburn won’t go away quietly for Hill, the top offensive line target left.
  • 4-star 2018 LB commit Michael Harris, Tucker, Ga.: Harris has attended one game so far this season, as well, and doesn’t look to be a flip candidate. He may take a few visits elsewhere, but he appears a lock to stay in Auburn’s linebacker class.
  • 4-star 2018 QB commit Joey Gatewood, Jacksonville, Fla.: The man who has been committed to Auburn longer than anyone plans to come up for the morning game against Ole Miss. With a big offensive lineman and three key receiver targets, Gatewood will be a busy guy on Saturday.
  • 3-star 2018 OLB/DE Andres Fox, Mobile, Ala.: Fox has been a tough one to read lately, but his visit to Auburn will be his first so far in the 2017 season. He once seemed like a lock to land at Auburn, and the Tigers are still in as good of shape as anyone among his top group, which includes Alabama, LSU, Arizona and Stanford.
  • 4-star 2019 RB Jerrion Ealy, Flowood, Miss.: A Mississippi product will be in town for the Ole Miss game. Auburn isn’t likely to take anymore running backs in the 2018 class, so the Tigers have been looking ahead to a loaded 2019 group — Ealy among them.
  • 4-star 2020 DE Andy Boykin, Lagrange, Ga.: Boykin has quickly emerged as one of Auburn’s biggest targets in the 2020 recruiting class. He’s high school teammates with Mwikuta. The Tigers lead early in this one.

Getting Smoke back on campus is relieving. Hope Fields doesn't take Trey away.

I asked a bunch of UGA fans if they were confident in landing Hill and none of them think they get him, the main reason being UGA's depth on the o line. He would have to wait a while to get any playing time whereas he might possibly e able to start for Auburn next year since 3 of our starters on the line will be gone.

Quay Walker I’m assuming. This guy has got to be driving TWill to drink, lol.

Yeah it’s Quay. This will end up being AU/FSU and I seriously think we’ve got a chance. He loves Twill. Who doesn’t though?

According to Rodney Orr (sp?), runs TiderInsider, CM is all AU right now.  You know that has to hurt a lot for a TiderInsider to say.  hahaha  Hope he is right
