Problems With Firefox

I'm having difficulty getting  signed on with Firefox. I get the AUFamily header but no sign in box, just an almost full page saying update my account. When I click on that it takes me to an ad. Anyone else having similar problem?

I am logging in fine with Firefox Ron.

Have you tried rebooting?

Yep but that doesn't solve it. Who do I call for tech support?

I've actually received an email or two with similar issues - do you have a screen shot by chance? Running the latest version of FF, I assume?

The screen just shows  a big block saying "Update Your Profile" and a block to open a new account.  I do have the latest version of Firefox. This just started Sunday night as I was already in a forum.
