Neihbuhr usually highlights the stats of a few of our recruits each week I believe.

Unless different posters post what they come across, no. The pay sites usually make that stuff  premium info and for 1 person to research & find that info in free articles & what not is too time consuming. If someone wants to put in all that work be my guest.

Watched the Spanish Fort-Daphne game, and I wish we were recruiting Thomas Johnston harder. The linebacker from SF is going to be a stud. Going into the season, he needed a little more than 140 tackles to break the all-time state record. He's had about 25-30 in the first 2 games. His brother is Tyler Johnston, the Qb from last year who never lost a game in high school and is playing at UAB now. Both great kids too.

FWIW free Joey game notes from a fan on AU 247

Quote

GENERAL NOTES
First, Bartram Trail plays 3 QBs, ALL 3 of which are going to play D1 football. Jordan Smith (Sr), played more than the other 2, he is commited to a small D-1 program. Riley Smith (Jr) split time pretty evenly with Joey, and he is a 3 star prospect being recruited by UF, UGA, and FSU. So I wouldn't look too much into Joey's limited QB play. Also JG was the only QB who also played other positions.

Excluding the first quarter, JG was on the field about 60-65% of the snaps, splitting time between RB, WR, and QB. The first drive it really looked like the gameplan was to get him the ball. In Bartram Trail's first 3 plays, there was a short pass to JG, a run to JG, and then a sack. On the sack play, JG had a good block and pancaked a CB, but he followed the CB all the way over to the opponent's sideline talking trash, earning a 15 yard taunting penalty. This got him benched for the remainder of the 1st quarter (3 drives).

Also after half time he walked right by me, and I was just stunned by his size. He towers over everyone and looks every bit of 6'4, also carries the 220 very well.

STATS
Note these are unofficial, as I was tracking them on a notepad. I don't think I missed any plays with him, but I may have mis-counted some yards.

Rushing: 5 rushes, 60 yards (12 YPC), including 30 yard TD.
Receiving: 3 receptions, 19 yards (6.3 Yards per Catch).
Passing: N/A

ANALYSIS
The unfortunate part of the day was that JG did not throw any passes. He took 8-10 snaps at QB, and only one was a called pass play, which JG took off for a 13 yard run (highlight below). That said, he was clearly the most dangerous weapon on offense, which is why he lined up all over the field with multiple plays designed to get the ball in his hands.

In total, JG played 2 drives at QB. Both resulted in TD. The first one he had a couple good runs, lost his helmet, and finished the drive at WR. The 2nd drive was 2 plays.. a 13 yard run followed by a 30 yard run TD, both by JG.

It really seemed like he had a very similar running style to Cam. Note i'm not saying he's as good as Cam, but the style is very similar. It's kind of that shifty, deceptively fast, very quick side step with the ability to also lower a shoulder and hit you. Multiple runs he would make at least 1 person miss with a juke.

The two opportunities I had to see the straight line speed it didn't LOOK like he was running that fast, but he just out ran everyone. One was a 40 yard post route where he just blew right by the CB. He ended up about 10 yards behind everyone, but the QB just barely overthrew him. The other one was a 30 yard TD run, where he stiff-armed a defender at the line and then just out-ran everyone else to the goal line. The long strides just make him look slower than he actually is.

Do any of the numbers being put up by our qb prospects alarm anyone?

Bishop is our only QB option commit right now & he is putting up good passing numbers.

Ahhh, sorry, I thought Gatewood had committed  also for his class.

I had to read back on Bishop to see that prior to this past week he was tossing it pretty good

Gatewood is. My bad for only thinking this class. I think what's unsettling to AU fans & Joey himself is not his numbers as much as he is 1 of 3 players his team is playing at QB each game.
