JMO but TV is the killer....and the $100 ticket prices and minimum of 2 nights stay at AU motels. As has been discussed many times, a trip to an AU night football game is a major investment. .....priced me out of the market ...that's for sure. Not happy about that, but we didn't want to do the 2 nights. Our daughter and son-in-law moved to Utah this summer and left us without a place to stay. GoAU 1,600 Posted September 1, 2016 Share Posted September 1, 2016 That's one of the biggest issues for me - $100 a ticket is a tough pill to swallow, especially after you factor in gas, lodging, meals, etc. As for me personally, 6 kids, plus the wife and I, plus lodging (although we'll bring the RV) It's easilly a grand to come see a game.
