During the 14 games Auburn averaged more yards per play on 1st down, the Tigers are 11-3. During the 14 games the opponent won the battle, Auburn is 4-10. ************************************* During Auburn's last 13 games vs. Power-5 opponents, Auburn has averaged only 5.01 yards per play on 1st down. The Tigers have run the ball 78.1% of the time during those 13 games with 4.1 yards per rush and 8.1 yards per pass attempt on 1st down. Maybe 2013 ruined his creativity and now he just wants to make every qb run that offense, even if it is not what they are good at... 2008 offense is what we need with this defense.
