mcgufcm 4,096
WR, DT, OT, S? QB is always on the priority list so I don't list that. I'm not sure how OT falls out of that list. James is a Senior this year. That leaves the Princes, Ashley, and Troxell as the only natural OTs on the roster after next season, right? That's a high priority. Jgarrett7 957
To me it is DL and DB. We need to continue to build depth and elite talent in the trenches and I would like to see some top talent in defensive backfield as well.
lionheartkc 6,150
Hard to decide... 2018 is a whole new year with all new needs. For me, it's a toss up between D-line, DBs, receivers, and a top 10 running back. We're going to be thin at DB after this year, D-line needs to make up for the down class this year, we need to back-fill receivers for 2019, and I ALWAYS want a top 10 running back. AUbritt 611
I think the biggest needs are always linemen on both sides of the ball. Next year, I'd start with DT. We need DBs, too.

oracle79 3,569
DT Safety I want 2 guys that people are afraid to kickoff to, and one guy no one will punt to. Be that someone stepping up now, or recruiting some players that can do that. Been way too long.

ellitor 33,080
Here's my post on it from last week FWIW. If I had to number it I would go... 1. Safety 2. Buck or Strong side End- Basically whichever side Paul James does not play will be only 2 deep on schollied players. 3. OL 4. WR 5. QB 6. DT 7. LB On 1/27/2017 at 0:03 PM, ellitor said: QB- every year need OL- Graduating 3 starters next year so need another class of 3 or 4 WR- High 4*s Justyn Ross & Jacob Copeland are both high on AU so need to snatch them up. Buck if we miss on Bryant- Will need more than TD LB-Gotta build depth S-Graduating 3 starting or contributing SRs

Barring attrition we will have 8 schollied players for 1 to 2 playing spots in 2018 which means Garner will play 5-6 in rotation.
corchjay 5,311
Basically every position will be in need of a solid group of recruits next year. But that's a good thing because means we aren't having to get 6 WR or 6 OTs. That's one of the things that I've praised Gus and Garner for and it's balance in the recruiting and roster management. Only thing that jumps out right now is possibly DB.
CCslim 56
1. TE - this position we need to build talent there since we are going to use it. 2. Safety 3. DT 4. CB 6. OL 7. DE 8. QB 9. RB 10. WR
