Final game of the weekend for Auburn.   Taking on Mercer today.  Hoping the bats continue to come alive after the 2 games yesterday.

We are live in Auburn, Al.  Here we go.  Auburn the visitors today apparently as Mercer is in the field and the pitcher is warming up.

Wallace, Cooper and Fagan.  let's jump on them early and often.

Wallace rips one down the 3rd base line and she slides in safely at 2nd with a lead off double.   Kasey Cooper up.

lost feed for a bit.  Mercer got a runner on a  double and score a run.  After 1 complete, Auburn trailing Mercer 1-0

Draper drops down a bunt to the 1st base side and throw is not even close.  Runners on 1st and 2nd for the top of the order with Carlee Wallace.

1st pitch Cooper rips one back up the middle and into center field.  Podany and Draper score, Wallace moves to 3rd and Cooper takes 2nd on the throw home.  Auburn leads 2-1.  Haley Fagan up.

an odd blooper that lands behind Carlson and in front of Spain for an infield hit, then a liner to Fagan and she makes the catch and throw to 1st to double up the runner and end the inning.  After 2 complete, Auburn leads 2-1

Veach rips one into the gap in left center and all the way to the wall.   Veach stands up at 2nd to lead off the 3rd.    Jenna Abbott coming up

Abbott chops it back to the pitcher.  She checks 2nd, Veach is halfway off the bag, Pitcher throws to 1st to get Abbott and Veach takes off to 3rd.  1 out.  Whitney Jordan up
