Draper grounder to short and she beats the throw to 1st.   Auburn gets the leadoff batter on again.   Here comes the top of the order.  Time to get some runs.   Wallace up

Wallace grounds to the pitcher.  Draper stays at 2nd.  Cooper up and she laces one to center and its off the wall.  Draper scores easily and Cooper stands at 2nd.   Auburn takes the lead 1-0.

Illinois gets a baserunner off an error by McCrackin.  grounder back to Martin.  Then a line drive to the left side and Fagan dives toward 3rd and makes the catch to end the inning.  After 3, Auburn leads 1-0.   McCrackin, Podany and Draper coming up.

Podany drops down a bunt. Miscommunication between the pitcher and 3rd baseman and Podany beats it out.  Draper drops a bunt down and the throw gets away and Podany comes all the way around, waved home, throw to home, NOT in time and Podany scores, Draper at 1st for Carlee Wallace.   2-0 Auburn
