JOHN'S CREEK, Ga. -- Scout looks at the nine prospects who earned hardware from the Under Armour All-America Camp in Atlanta Sunday.

UA All-America Game Invites

Trey Hill

Analysis

Hill can dominate in the trenches. He plays tackle in high school, but he will slide inside on the next level. He can really bend for his size and he moves well. He is that big body, but he has to watch his weight, control it, and refine as he heads into college. His length is good and he has very good strength. He knocks defenders off the ball in run block and he is solid in pass protection. He can improve his footwork and his ability to hold his blocks longer on a consistent basis. He is more of a mauler. He shoots his hands, knocks defenders back and opens up big holes for running backs.

Warner Robins (Ga.) Houston County offensive lineman Trey Hill continued his dominant spring on the camp circuit with perhaps his best performance Sunday. Scout saw him lose just one rep throughout the bevy of one-on-one competition against a solid defensive line group, so it was little surprise to see the big man snag the game invitation. Hill is so strong once he gets his hands on the opponent and he ended most reps shortly after doing so, including multiple occasions in which he placed the pass rusher on the ground. There wasn't a more physical presence on the field at Northview High School. Hill holds a who's who list of offers, including perceived favorite Georgia, but doesn't appear close to a decision.

With his father and former NFL standout Joe Horn watching, newly-minted Scout four-star Jaycee Horn must have made him proud with the way he handled himself both on the field during play and in between plays when he let his opponent know of the success he was having. A long and lean cornerback out of Alpharetta (Ga.), Horn showcased the ability to get his hands on the wide receiver and make plays on the football while maintaining his leverage just about every time he was out there. The rising senior, who holds more than 30 scholarship offers, was also impressive in his endurance, making plays on the football deep into the event when many of his counterparts elected to take the rest of the day off.

Future 50 Invites

Bo Nix

Analysis

Sophomore evaluation: Nix is on pace to be one of the top quarterbacks in the 2019 class. He has been around the game all of his life with his father playing that position, then going into coaching. He is far along when it comes to understanding the game, understanding the position and seeing things on the field. He delivers a nice ball and he throws with very good accuracy for his age. He is still growing and is filling out his frame nicely. He is starting to show the mobility he has to go with his arm. Nix is a quarterback with natural leadership skills and someone who you want getting your team in and out of the huddle on Saturdays.

Another week, another set of accolades for early Scout four-star quarterback Bo Nix. The Pinson (Ala.) Pinson Valley standout, who won positional MVP a week prior, was again the event's top passer despite being one of the younger competitors at the position. Nix has a calm about his game, which coupled with a strong arm and athleticism converts to consistency in this setting. He is on time, accurate and can change speeds on the football given the situation. The Auburn legacy visited campus over his spring break this past week along with stops at contenders Alabama, Georgia and Clemson.

Clay Webb

Oxford (Ala.) standout Clay Webb is another Alabamian having a dominant 2017 to this point and he gets some more hardware for his effort. The four-star anchors as well as any interior linemen in the region and seems immovable if he gets his hands on defenders early in their pass rush. Webb also has above-average feet and can flex his leverage laterally when lining up at different positions. In-state Alabama and Auburn will be tough to ignore in the end, he told Scout Sunday.

Pierce Quick

Pierce Quick may have taken the most reps on Sunday in order to earn his spot at the Future 50 event. The eager Trussville (Ala.) Hewitt-Trussville standout excelled at offensive tackle with his length, measuring in at 6-foot-6 earlier in the day, and hands. He is a good athlete who can redirect against smaller defenders and he continues to improve his base power against bigger opponents. Quick has exploded on the recruiting scene with offers from all over the country, holding Alabama, Auburn, Georgia and Oregon in high regard, among others.

iLLSPEED Champions

Analysis

SOPHOMORE Eval: Hill is an athlete who has starred on offense and special teams in 2015. But is offense his home? Could he better at corner or free safety in college? He is a fluid athlete with great ball skills. Not elite speed — more quick than fast. Has great body control and really sees the field well. Has shown toughness blocking on the edge. Like his wiggle and sudden change of direction. Can get stronger and improve explosiveness.

Matthew Hill, another Peach State prospect, was the top offensive performer during the challenge. Following a solid showing at wide receiver, in which he high-pointed the football and hauled in contested passes, the four-star showed some endurance and long speed in punching his ticker to Under Armour's headquarters.

Alabama takeover of Atlanta camp

The emcee at the Under Armour All-America camp in Atlanta on Sunday shouted a familiar phrase throughout the camp: “Georgia boys!”

It wasn’t the Peach State products who had the final say during the post-camp ceremonies, however. The state of Alabama had a strong presence in both the Future 50 invitations, the Under Armour All-America Game invitations and the camp awards.

All three Future 50 invitees are from Alabama. Auburn is heavily in the mix for all three 2019 prospects: quarterback Bo Nix, offensive lineman Clay Webb and offensive lineman Pierce Quick. Nix, the son of Auburn great Patrick Nix, will consider Auburn throughout his process but is taking his time. Webb went to high school with KJ Britt and will end up at either in-state school. Quick goes to Hewitt-Trussville and has teammate/signee Noah Igbinoghene in his ear.

There was a Big Man Challenge, which measured strength and agility by offensive and defensive linemen at the camp. Alfred Thomas from Lanier (Ala.), who grew up an Auburn fan, won the competition. He released a top 6 on Sunday that didn’t include Auburn, but he has told SEC Country an offer from the Tigers could rearrange the list.
