If in the process of winning the SEC and making the playoffs...Stidham or Kam get Heisman attention then cool but I want wins first and foremost. Heisman attention will come if we're doing what we're supposed to do.

Sigh can we see him play a game before we start heisman talk ?

Tell that to Vegas who make these odds for a living. You act as if Auburn fans are responsible for tabbing Stidham as the SEC's best chance to win a Heisman. I just hope the kid is mindful enough not to listen to all the outside hype.

The last time I remember living up to hype was 2006. We just had two horrific losses.

Arkansas honestly wasn't "horrific"--that was an incredible backfield led by a certain rising offensive coordinator (whatever happened to him, BTW? :Sing:) comi ng off of a bye week while we were still exhausted from games against LSU and USCe, and we only trailed by 7 at half.

The Georgia abomination though...I have a hard time deciding which game was worse, that or 2014 A&M. :vomit: That game is THE reason I hate morning games.

The Westgate casino sportsbook in Las Vegas lists quarterback Jarrett Stidham with 15-to-1 odds and running back Kamryn Pettway at 25-to-1 odds to win the Heisman Trophy this season, according to ESPN . Those are up from 20-to-1 for Stidham, who opened at 50-to-1, and 30-to-1 for Pettway as of June 6.

Stidham and Pettway are two of the four players among the 50 listed to see an improvement in their odds at The Westgate over the past two months.

The odds for Stidham are tied with Washington's Jake Browning for sixth-highest and 10 of the top 11 players with the best odds are quarterbacks. Southern Cal's Sam Darnold (5-to-1) is the favorite followed by Oklahoma's Baker Mayfield (10-to-1), Louisville's Lamar Jackson (10-to-1), Ohio State's J.T. Barrett (12-to-1) and Florida State's Deondre Francois (12-to-1).

The Bovada online sportsbook, which previously did not list Stidham, now lists the redshirt-sophomore at 20-to-1 and Pettway, who opened at 25-to-1, remained at 33-to-1.
