I worked about 5 mins from here and attended the church across the street for the past decade. I used to get a plate lunch here once a week at least.  Small little gas station, but as you said some fantastic specialty boudin. White bean boudin is another blessing,  but can't remember if this was from billeauds or another.  Crawfish etouffee was a regular dish for me during lent.  Also a might not known fact.  Absolutely some of the best, most addictive chili dogs! We would sometimes buy a full case to treat the shop.  Sigh ... miss Louisiana Food already.

White bean boudin!? Okay, I’m on the prowl now...

Someone brought it to work one day, so I'm thinking it was either Billeauds, Don's or Herbert's but that was years ago, so it may not be available.  I'll look to.

Oh, my, I first look at this image from the eye of being a photographer.  The image is quite dramatic.  Then I think about the human aspect of what is happening and it is very sad.

Pure luck man.  Friend of mine works for Fox Sports behind the scenes and is working the Series.  Told her to let me know if they had any tickets come available and I could be there in three hours.  Got the text about 28 hours prior to first pitch.

Camping at Brainard Lake Recreation Area about 30 - 35 miles out from Estes Park.

Here are two of the males we saw while hiking.

The campground we stayed in while in The Rockies was burned in the fires over the past three weeks.  Fortunately they received a heavy snow fall last night and today.  Most of the fires were extinguished except up close and under the larger trees where the snow didn't cover.  But the fire crews can get to the hot spots and get them extinguished.

Clearly, you are succeeding, and I love it. We should all aspire to be so confident in our own skin.

You couldn't possibly pay her- or us- a higher compliment.

View of the State Capitol of Kentucky.  Downtown Frankfort sits in a valley, this is the road heading out of downtown. Beautiful sight.

Some pictures of our first ever snow living in Kentucky.  Coming from Louisiana, this is the most we have seen.  This is considered a light snow lol.

We have a bunny that decides to eat the berries in the flower garden.  Love my new living space.  Beautiful things around.

A few pics of the snowy Horse stables in the bluegrass. Blurry because I was taking them without looking.  Maybe one day, I can stop and get good pics. 20201201_072202.jpg20201201_072143.jpg20201201_072139.jpg20201201_071912.jpg20201201_071819.jpg

Got an error for a bad fuel rail sensor. Popped the engine cover off to reveal this. Awesome 😑. I am pretty impressed with the ingenuity of finding cotton(I looks like pillow stuffing), and creating an insulated nest next to my warm engine.
