I know what you mean..but bama spent 16 years on probation not that long ago and were close to the death penalty ......NS will be gone in a few years and bammer will be back to where the were before he arrived....and back on probation again.....

That's when the bammers started expanding their operation and it became the cheating network they have now. They learned from that situation, and put people in place to prevent getting caught again. bammer has literally peppered every area of CFB with updykes.

There's no one to blame in this whole OleMess saga but OleMess.  No one made them commit Academic Fraud, no one forced their track & field program to cheat, no one caused the WBB program to cheat and land on probation, no one forced their Asst Athletic Director to create an extensive network of over a dozen Boosters with over 3 dozen players and recruits, no one made Hugh Freeze sit in a recruits home with a Booster in attendance, and no one forced Hugh Freeze into a pattern of immoral contact with escort services on his freaking company issued phone.  WTH Hugh, are you a complete idiot?

OleMiss folks have tried to lay the blame on Mullen and MSU,  folks have pointed finger at uat and Saban,  now Houston Nutt has made an appearance in the blame game.  

I've said it before, and I'll say it again......The Institution known as OleMiss has NO Control of a damn thing within their athletics.  .The NCAA camped out for damn near 5 years, and OleMiss admitted that they cheated while under the NCAA investigation.  WTH Freeze/Bjork are you both totally brain dead? 

The blame for this current dumpster fire lays entirely on Ole Miss.

I personally do not think he was cheating on his wife. I think it all pertained to recruiting and was for recruits. Not that it makes it right (it doesn't). Of course this is a total guess on my part. But hey if he was cheating well.... I will own it and admit my opinion was wrong. LIKE IT USUALLY IS! haha

If it was linked to recruiting, Ole Miss is in even more trouble with the NCAA. However, at the presser they were explicit in stating that this had nothing to do with the NCAA or its infraction case against Ole Miss. They were also explicit in saying that the reason Freeze resigned and gave up any buyout was because of a pattern of personal behavior that emerged. Both of those things are kind of hard to square with your take.
