Noted on small tree down beside a private drive. Took one City worker to cut it up, two city trucks with two other city employees watching, and two Mexico Beach policeman with vehicles observing. Had to run over to Port Saint Joe and some power outages there. One thing odd was the extremely low and no water in St. Joe Bay.
