aubiefifty 16,740
i remember the ol cigar game. players smoking and enjoying a huge win. that being said i ran across this statement and i wonder if it is true? In 99, we got into trouble with the NCAA and everyone had to pay for their Cigars. $1.00 each.. is this true? if so it sure was tacky on the ncaa's part. lca408 366
True. Use of tobacco at NCAA events by athletes is prohibited. We paid the fine. I remember that from Rob Pate's book.

milehighfan 1,240
Auburn has paid the price for those stogies. I have never understood why after the win Tubs didn't load em on the bus and come home. Shows you not only know how to win but win with class.
