Great piece from SEC network about Jeff Holland's emerging personality as "Sensei Mud" on the field. I didn't know Holland trained in hand combat this off-season. Really cool!

All of the DL did go through this training and they still do it before games.  Holland just was more natural at the movements and continues to work with the others on the DL to get better at it
