Like I said before, after the initial wave following Weinstein came out, if you're a famous man and you know you have this kind of behavior in your past, you have only one chance of salvaging your career and some piece of your reputation and that is to quickly reach out to any woman you know you did this to and privately apologize, then follow that up with a public apology for what you did.  If you get ahead of it, you might not lose everything.  If you wait, you're an idiot because these woman are not scared anymore.  It's not a matter of if they'll talk, only 'when' and 'to whom' they will.
