Acre Chef Wins on Iron Chef

Not sure if anyone else saw, but thr head chef at Acre in Auburn won tonight on Iron Chef.  Food looked amazing, particularly the collard green wrapped tomale, using sweet potatoes as the tortilla part and ground lamb for the meat.  Drool.
