In years past this has been the case but the same can be said for FISA warrants and yet since this investigation has started there have been questions possibly legitimate possibly not as to the legitimacy of the FISA warrants.There have been multiple request from congressional bodies to review what was used to get the FISA warrants and despite the requests we still don't know if Steele Dossier was the main reason for the warrants. If it was it did not meet the high standards that are supposed to be used to get a FISA warrant. Preet Bharara is not exactly a friend of Trump so using him as a source is a bit weak.
