We could be going into the season missing 2 of our most active receivers. Good thing we've stacked up on WR's these past few years in recruiting. Calling Marquis McClain (hope I spelled it right) to the stage. This is a great opportunity for somebody to step up.

Just saw that....UGH......Dr. Andrews to take a look ...guess that does not always mean it is BAD but sure hate it for the young man.

He is under the care of the best orthopedic MD in the country. I hope it is something that will not keep him down too long.

No word on severity, but enough that they are sending to Dr Andrews.

Well with how last season played out there potentially goes 1 of only 2 dudes for us who consistently got open the most. With Gus's ridiculous love for slow developing routes all the time hastings and ryan davis were our best bet like last season at being open the most consistently.

Seen great comments about Shedrick Jackson about his catching ability and relentlessness and we of course like you say have the other freshmen coming in. Still hope that it's nothing serious but we won't end up being in that bad of a position if so.

Look at guys in college like Shipley, Beasley, Switzer, Taylor(from LTU), Whalen, etc. They are there for the taking. Heck Hastings was a walk on, onside kick specialist. Lol. Diamond in the rough

You called that Hastings would come alive in  the Peach Bowl after being dormant for so many weeks before. I hold your point valid.

I still felt throughout the season that he played less than he should’ve. I felt going into the season with Stidham that he could’ve been an xfactor. I just felt he got limited snaps, had he gotten Ryan Davis level snaps I feel like he would’ve had an even bigger impact. Just have to utilize him the right way, move him around, orbit motion him, use the double moves that worked so well numerous times. Just let Hastings ball
