Veach flies to shallow right, 2nd baseman goes out to get it, makes the catch, Draper tags, but the throw comes home and its in time to get Draper to end the inning.

There's another example of the announcers not knowing the rules.  Stepping on the line is NOT being out of the box.  Stepping OVER it and having your foot outside of it is being out of the box.

Snow lines it to right field for a single, throw comes in to 1st and its close but Snow reaches.    Perry up

Draper is so dang fast she makes fielders rush their play. Got us a run there.

Any part of the foot out of the box at contact is an out.  It can be just a toe outside the line.

Ole Miss having a bit of a defensive come apart in the infield.

Did this move McCrackin along or is she still at 1st?

Out of the inning now with a 3-0 lead. McCrackin advanced to 3rd on a Shea routine grounder that somehow got through the 2Bs legs (probably thinking about the DP) but was caught in a rundown on Veach's at bat. Shea advanced to third during the rundown and scored on a sac hit to 1B next play. Inning ended on a routine grounder to third.

I know that.  That's not what the announcer said.
