If he did, then Late Night could sue The Late Show, because they both have the word Late in the title and similar settings with a desk and interview chairs. Still funny that he would call Saban out like that. It's actually brilliant marketing by bama. Leveraging the internet to emphasize their connection to the NFL can do nothing but help them in recruiting, though it would work better with someone like Bruce Pearl doing the interviews.
